First of all, it is necessary to thoroughly study the real estate market. This will help to understand which properties are the most promising, which developers are trusted, and which areas are the most prestigious.
It is essential to check the reputation of the developer who built the property. You can do this by reading reviews, checking past projects, and asking for recommendations from friends or acquaintances.
The location is one of the key factors in the value of premium real estate. It is necessary to analyze the infrastructure, proximity to key institutions, and the general atmosphere of the area.
It is crucial to check all legal aspects related to the purchase of the property. Make sure that there are no debts on the property, and it is legally registered to the seller.
