High real estate prices, complicated lending conditions, and high interest rates become an insurmountable barrier to buying one’s own home. Young families, veterans, internally displaced persons, healthcare workers, and teachers often cannot gather enough funds for a down payment or afford a mortgage under commercial terms. As a result, they are forced to live in rented apartments, spending a significant portion of their income on rent, which makes it impossible to save and invest in real estate.

The “Є Оселя” program is an important state initiative aimed at providing affordable housing for Ukrainians through preferential mortgage loans. Launched in October 2022, this program has already helped many families acquire their own housing on favorable terms. Thanks to this program, citizens have the opportunity to purchase housing under much better conditions than those offered by commercial banks.
⭐ Low Interest Rates
One of the main advantages of the program is the low interest rates on mortgage loans. For servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, healthcare workers, educators, and researchers working in state and municipal institutions, the rate is only 3% per annum. For other categories of citizens, such as veterans and internally displaced persons (IDPs), the rate is 7% per annum. This is significantly lower than commercial rates, reducing the financial burden on the family budget.
⭐ Wide Range of Participants
The program is open to many categories of citizens. In particular, it covers servicemen, healthcare workers, educators, researchers, veterans, IDPs, and other citizens who do not have their own housing or wish to improve their housing conditions. This makes the program accessible to a large number of citizens, increasing its social significance.
⭐ Accessibility Throughout Ukraine
The “Є Оселя” program extends across the entire territory of Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories and combat zones. This allows residents of different regions to take advantage of the favorable mortgage lending conditions and purchase housing on both the primary and secondary markets.
💯 To participate in the program, you need to follow a few simple steps:
1. Choose a Bank
Select one of the partner banks that participate in the “Є Оселя” program.
2. Submit an Application
Fill out the application form and provide the necessary documents.
3. Wait for Approval
The bank will review your application and notify you of the decision.
4. Sign a Contract
If approved, you will sign a mortgage contract.
5. Find Housing
Search for your new home within the approved budget.
6. Purchase the Property
Complete the transaction and enjoy your new home!
⭐ Financial Support
The program provides significant financial support to citizens who cannot afford to purchase housing under commercial conditions. Low interest rates make monthly payments manageable and allow families to allocate more funds to other essential needs.
⭐ Housing Availability
The program helps a large number of families find affordable housing, thereby reducing the social tension associated with the housing crisis in Ukraine. This allows citizens to acquire their own housing and build a comfortable and secure life.
⭐ Improving Living Conditions
Through the “Є Оселя” program, many citizens have the opportunity to improve their living conditions, moving from rented apartments to their own homes. This is especially important for families with children, as it provides stability and a secure environment for upbringing.
🏡 Summary
The “Є Оселя” program is a unique opportunity for Ukrainians to acquire affordable housing. It provides favorable conditions for mortgage loans and makes housing accessible to various categories of citizens. Thanks to this initiative, families can realize their dream of owning a home and improving their living conditions.
